Between the times of 7:30 and 7:40am MT, users may have experienced issues in attempting to access the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) application. Service was restored by 7:40am and and incident report will be generated within one business day.

At 11am today, our iLab vendor implemented a configuration fix, and we verified that access to iLabs is working normally. We are continuing to monitor the application functionality and will resolve this incident at COB if the service is still working normally.
