ISS continues to work with vendors to resolve issues with Jabber. This work requires the Jabber service to be taken offline and it will be unavailable until the morning of May 12, 2025. More updates will be posted once they are available.

Unobtrusive attempts to resolve Jabber issues for current users have proven unsuccessful. ISS, along with vendor support, will be taking additional measures to address the issues surrounding Jabber connectivity after working hours. ISS continues to work on this ongoing issue with our Jabber service. As of now, all individual user issues have been addressed. Please contact the Service Desk at 303-724-4357 if you are having problems with this service and you will be contacted with direct support.
